Assistant Store Manager

Opulence of Southern Pines & DUXIANA is a high-end luxury boutique specializing in bed & bath linens, Duxiana Swedish mattresses, sleepwear, unique gifts and fragrances.

Our company is looking to hire a rock star retail assistant manager, who is responsible for nurturing relationships, achieving sales goals, striving to learn and grow. This role requires strong leadership skills and an ability to retain and recall extensive information. Work 35-40 hours/week. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable. Pays hourly plus commission.

Be a subject matter expert in:
Highend European bed & bath linens

Swedish Duxiana beds

Home fragrances

Merchandise beatiful products
Achieve sales goals
Build customer relationships
Qualifications

Desire to learn and grow rapidly
Must have a professional and mature demeanor
Must have passion for highend merchandise
