ABC Package Store

Retail ABC stores sell bottles of spirituous liquor in the state along with beer, wine, and mixed drinks. The NC Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission is an agency under the Department of Public Safety. It provides uniform control over the sale, purchase, transportation, manufacture, consumption, and possession of alcoholic beverages in the state.
